Muscles and Balanced Musculature

In this audio clip from a recent interview, Team Fitness chief executive David Heard talks about some of the issues surrounding injuries and the importance of avoiding muscle imbalances; the example given in this clip being footballers and hamstring injuries (but the principle applies across all sports!).
