Based in France, Client H is a competitive rock climber.
An expert Alpinist, and acclaimed mountain climber she was committed to improving her climbing speed on indoor, artificial climbing walls.
Client H is a supremely fit athlete, with a very positive power to weight ratio, and the flexibility of a dancer. With the help of Team Fitness she was able to improve reaction times and hand/foot movement.
Team Fitness designed a programme of touch drills for hands and place drills for feet. The speed of these programmes accelerated as Client H’s competency increased. Team Fitness also introduced complex exercises (combinations of weight training and plyometrics) into her training regime.
